When will my order be dispatched?

  • Please note that our production time for all items is 1–3 business days. 
  • If you need your custom order in a shorter time period, please reach out via email at  auballoonparty@gmail.com.  We are always happy to work with you and will assist where we can.

We ship from Southbank, Victoria, Australia.

Australia, Worldwide

  • Standard Shipping in Australia (4 to 10 Business days)
  • Express Shipping in Australia (1 to 3 Business days)
  • Local Pickup can be arranged via appointment only.
  • In-Person Delivery for Melbourne CBD and Suburb 

All delivery times are estimates only, and unfortunately, we can't predict the exact delivery day of your order. Over the Cloud is not held responsible for any delays in deliveries. Further information regarding shipping times can be found on the Australia Post Website here.

Melbourne Area Delivery

  • Due to the delicacy of balloons, we do not offer third-party couriers. 
  • Please ensure someone is home to collect delivery.  If no one is present, we will attempt to leave where we determine it is possible. If we are unable to deliver it or leave it in a safe place, we can redeliver it at an additional cost.
  • We are able to deliver to venues. Please let us know your time of booking in the notes section and add the venue address to the delivery address information.
  • Our delivery costs vary between $0 and $40. Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, the delivery charge will appear, and you will be able to select your day and time slot.
