Our Story

Over the Cloud is a small Melbourne-based local business, officially launched in 2024. All of your orders are created and packed right here in our party shop in Southbank, Victoria. There is no large factory, just our team, wrapping them up with love to be shipped off and become the WOW factor at your next celebration. We pride ourselves on helping you create memorable celebrations for life’s special milestones.

Our Balloon Flowers are something we are really proud of. The inflated versions are currently delivered to the Melbourne Metro area, while ALL our DIY kits are delivered nationwide. Each of the colour combinations is the result of rigours planning and colour matching until they are perfected and sent off to you. The kits contain everything you need to create your own stunning balloon display and are actually quite easy to construct.
